  • Conical design: the griddle is pre-shaped so that fat and juices automatically flow to the center for optimal heat distribution and easy cleaning.
• Total height (pedestal + bowl): 100 cm
• Pedestal: 50 x 50 x 70 cm (H) with storage space for firewood, 2 mm thick
• Ash drawer for easy maintenance
• Adjustable air supply for perfect temperature control
